60SecondRedFlag ("we," "us," "our") provides automated document risk-scanning services. This policy explains what happens to your document and your data when you use our service. We built this policy around one principle: we should hold onto as little of your information as possible, for as short a time as possible.

What We Collect

When you use 60SecondRedFlag, we collect:

  • The document you upload (offer letter, non-compete, equity agreement, or similar)
  • Your email address, to deliver your report and receipt
  • Payment information, processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe) — we never see or store your full card number

How Your Document Is Used

Your uploaded document is sent securely to our automated scanning system, which reads it and identifies clauses that may carry legal or financial risk. Your document is used only to generate your report. We do not read your document manually, share it with any third party for marketing purposes, or use it to train AI models.

Data Retention — How Long We Keep Things

Your finished report (PDF) Available for re-download for 7 days, then permanently deleted
Extracted document text / AI analysis Never stored — exists only during report generation

Who Else Touches Your Data

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate 60SecondRedFlag:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Make.com — workflow automation that moves your document through the scanning process
  • [Your AI provider — e.g., Anthropic/OpenAI] — performs the automated clause analysis on your document text; your data is not used to train their models under our account terms
  • [Your storage provider — e.g., Google Drive/AWS S3] — temporarily hosts your report for the 7-day re-download window

None of these providers may use your document for any purpose other than delivering your report.

Your Employer Is Never Notified

We have no relationship with, and do not share any information with, your current or prospective employer, recruiter, or any party named in your document.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your retained metadata (email, receipt history) at any time by contacting [support email]. Since your document and report are already deleted automatically on the schedule above, there is typically nothing further to delete after 7 days.
